Information on passive participation

Registration for passive participation is possible using the online registration system only – Your account, 
until April 20, 2017.

To log in, use the login name and password you have chosen in the previous registration or which was assigned to you as a CSC member. CSC non-members who have not registered before have to make a new registration (New user - individual or New user - company).

Please use the Company registration option also if you are registering a greater number of participants and you will need an invoice for the company with the Company Identification Number.

If you do not remember your login data, you can use the "forgotten password" link or we will send it to you on request by e-mail.

If you request a tax document/invoice (for registrations through the Individual option), please state so when registering or make the request no later than by the end of the month when you make the payment. For accounting reasons, later requests cannot be satisfied!!!!

The registration fee includes the admission to professional meetings, the congress bag, two vouchers for lunch (May 8 and 9), free coffee breaks on May 8 and 9, vouchers for refreshments at the café, and free admission to Gala Opening of the Congress with a welcome drink.

Lunch will be served on the ground-floor of Hall E and on the galleries of Hall A1 (above the company expositions). Coffee breaks will be prepared in the same places as lunch, on Monday and Tuesday from 10.30 to 11.00 a.m.

The Printed Program
Please note that the Congress participants will not obtain the PRINTED CONGRESS PROGRAM automatically; the pdf can be downloaded from the website about a month before the event, or just "My personal program" can be printed or an application can be downloaded to the mobile phone. If you are interested in getting the printed program, it is possible to order it when you register for the Congress (at 50 Czk).

The registration for exhibitors that is free of charge only entitles them to enter hall A1 and professional meetings; partial registration only entitles the exhibitors to enter hall A1 + a lunch voucher.

The reduced registration fee valid for online registration has to be paid by April 28, 2017. Those who register in advance (online) and do not manage to pay in time will have to pay the higher fee on the spot.

Send the payments for the registration fee to the CSC account only after you obtain the email confirmation of the registration that will include all payment instructions. State your registration number as the variable symbol.

If you require a confirmation on the payment (tax document) of the registration fee (tickets to the Gala Evening, program), you have to ask for it either immediately along with the registration or no later than by the end of the month in which the payment was made. Unfortunately, we cannot satisfy your request later. 

If you need an invoice BEFORE THE PAYMENT, it is necessary to ask by email (cks@kardio-cz.cz). 

THE REGISTRATION FEE CAN BE REFUNDED UNTIL APRIL 28 , 2017, AT LATEST. IN THIS CASE 25% WILL BE TAKEN AWAY AS THE ADMINISTRATION FEE.

The registration principles are the same for group registration as for individual registration. It is to be done through the online system - "My account" of the person who is entering the group registration.
First, you have to register as an individual (company), then in your congress menu choose "group registration". In this way, you can enter two or more registrations (there is no limit).

When entering the individual members of the group registration you will be asked for their surnames, names, registration type and the request for certificate issuance. Afterwards, the person who is entering the group registration will obtain an email confirmation with all registrations confirmed, and the subregistration numbers of the individual members of the group. Therefore, when paying the registration fee, it is possible to pay for the group under the main registration numbers (as the variable symbol) or the individual members can pay with their subregistration numbers. If the amount received under the main registration number does not correspond to the total amount for the group registration, it will not be assigned to the group. If you pay for a part of the group registration, please inform the organization secretariat which members you are paying for.
